    It’s very simple and it all starts with the sun providing energy to the modules on your roof. Those modules generate DC electricity when exposed to the sunlight.

    The inverters then change the DC electricity to the AC that your home electronics use.

    The energy that is produced by the solar system is available for you to view via the web based monitoring system offered by Enphase.

  • 4

    Then the AC electricity flows throughout your home, powering all the devices you need.

  • 5

    After you use what you need, any excess flows back out to the grid and is credited to you via the Net Meter.
